What a wonderful place to go in the Berkshires! The views, the wine and Donna and Christian (owners) are awesome. The new barn is amazing as well. Always a great experience.

Visited the Berkshires for a cousins weekend. After a rainy morning, the sun came out and on our way back from Stockbridge we stopped at Balderdash. Enjoyed the wine slushies and tried a few flights. Greeted by the owner on the way in, great time, beautiful weather, beautiful scenery and listened to music as we relaxed. Definitely recommended!

Can’t say enough good things about owners, Christian and Donna. I met Donna while there last fall and I dealt with Christian Over the Christmas holidays getting some merch for my wife. Donna was lovely, giving a little history and introducing me to the previous owners. The music and offerings during our fall outing were spot in. What relaxing entire afternoon lounging and listening. Spring is a great time to start visiting. Plan multiple trips from now until well into the fall!

If you are looking for the chance to sample locally produced wine, enjoy majestic mountain views, and enjoy live music, you must visit! Owner Christian and wife Donna have created a friendly and fun wine venue. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and got to hear Tony Bernardo belt out some great tunes! We did a wine tasting flight (pick five) and fell in love with their Toolbooth Riesling, described as fesh, off-dry and aged for nine months. And if you are wondering why there are giraffes all over this impressive building? Christian loves giraffes!

I went with my family and my daughter and son-in-law who were visiting from Georgia. They wanted to visit a winery and my sister and brother-in-law had been to Balderdash before so they suggested we all go there. BEST TIME EVER !!!! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect and it was the most relaxing day. Only downside was we picked a day when they were having a wedding so we had to leave by 3 pm , otherwise we would have been there till closing. The staff and owner were all so pleasant and welcoming!! Definitely a must-visit and I’ll be back !!
