Uncle Lu - Richmond

Was recently here for lunch with a family member and this is basically another corner 23 (like with the same owners or whatnot) restaurant, the other

Poor service / very slow even when dead same owner as corner 23 in Vancouver, but food isn't as good and took 40m to come out.

I would say Uncle Lu's ham hocks aren't a can't-miss for an ordinary foodie.

This places was recommended by my Taiwanese friend, and is well known for its pork honk dish. I really enjoyed the wide range of local Taiwanese dishesnit offers, like popcorn chicken, Hakka stir-fry, etc. I would love to come again to try out its noodle and rice dishes in the future.
