Restaurant bewertenAs of May 2022, the manager has informed me that they will no longer be using a separate fryer for gluten-free items. This restaurant is the only one I trust for safe dining. The staff is well-trained in handling allergies and food intolerances, and are knowledgeable about celiac disease and the precautions needed to prevent cross-contamination. They even have a dedicated fryer for gluten-free and vegan options like fries and chickpeas. My server was so attentive that he caught a mistake I made in ordering a sauce that was not gluten-free, and quickly provided me with a safe alternative without me even noticing. Thanks to their vigilance, I left the restaurant feeling well for the first time in months.

The staff have undergone thorough training on allergies and food intolerances, and are well-versed in understanding conditions such as celiac disease and the necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Additionally, they have a separate gluten-free and vegan frier for dishes like fries and chickpeas. The staff's knowledge was evident when my server noticed my error of ordering a dish with a non-gluten-free sauce, and promptly provided me with a gluten-free alternative before I even realized my mistake. Thanks to their diligence, I left the restaurant feeling well, which hasn't been the case for me in months.
