The Original Pancake House - Richland

Despite being a chain, this location is well run and consistent. Clean and cozy, great to dine alone, with a group, or with the kiddos. The staff have always been really friendly, great job hiring and training. I've been to this location a few times andhave always been impressed.

Absolutely the best brunch place I have ever eaten at. The freshness and quality of the food is outstanding. The service is also great!I am a big fan of the lighter side section of their menu. It 's very reasonable calorie-wise and contains all the aspects of a brunch that I could ever want. I REALLY appreciate that they list the calories on their menu. It 's a small thing but it shows me that they care about their customers and want to help us make informed decisions.

Took my family out to breakfast, and loved it! I got their biscuits and gravy plate that came with grilled potatoes, eggs and buttermilk pancakes! My girls got their kids breakfast plate with French toast sticks, eggs, and sausage and they loved it! The coffee cups are awesome and you even buy one. I would’ve just couldn’t at the time. The staff was amazing. They were busy and we had a small wait time, but for being busy they did an amazing job! After covid the food has gone downhill!! Had to ask for whipped cream on hot chocolate, was told they don't do that anymore. The waffle was dry and only a very small amount of syrup was given.This used to be my favorite place to eat, we won't go back.

This is the 2nd time in a month that we've tried to eat here. Not busy at all, 1:30 pm, waited almost 10 minutes to be seated. The manager Juan was talking to a lady friend and her daughter and did not seat us. After waiting for a few more minutes with many tables open, I believe the hostess says we'll be with you in a few minutes. We had already waited and a good manager would have seated us and got us something to drink. Nothing. After a few more minutes, we got up and left. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Can't even get service!
