Restaurant bewertenAsked for a soup and got ignored for about 10 minutes, and i was the only customer in there. It doesnt take a hour to make a soup and grab a coke. Good communication is a must in this industry. Maybe consider hiring people that dont know each other.
This place is completely unorganized! This cashier decides before it’s time for me to pay to have me waiting on him to restock things. I was sitting there for like 8 mins! And I ordered 2 cups of soup and they forgot one. Ugh My first and last time at this location.

I went to potbelly Sunday November 19th about 2pm. I don't know the guys name but he had a hat on turned to the side.He was fixing a sandwich and we stood there over five minutes. He never gave us no eye contact, he did speak or say I'll be right with you. We left. That's not good Customer service at all. He need more training!!! I will never go there again!!
