Mcdonald's - Rice Lake

This mcdonald’s almost always is guaranteed to be disappointed. the predominant majority of our orders is wrong. just went through extremely long waiting time (as usual) for the trip thru, just for 2 items I did not get. the only reason why I return is that family members, like McDonald's....Other, it would never be a choice for me. Nothing more frustrating, to come home and part or to miss all the meal times of men.

Price is ridiculous can get same meals at my local mc donalds for far less 2 people 20 bucks and ordering nothing special

The service here sucks....everytime we go through theybare closing early and cutting us off when its our turn to order. Or its always cold. It took 30 minutra to gobthrough the drive thru the other day and all we ordered was a number 5 and 2 mcchickens then when they tried handing us out food it was only the 2 chicken sandwiches and no number 5. My large ice water turned out to br a latge sprite which i did not want. It was hot outside and all i wanted was some ice waterUpdate: this place still sucks! Still Took me over 30 minutes to go through drive thu.....definitely NOT fast food!!

Good, quick, hot fish sandwich and fries! My personal favorite! Great service

Shouldn't take 15 mins to get food. I watched people arrive after I ordered get there food before me. Pretty pathetic customer service. This is what we get for giving them 15 an hour. Poor service!
