Never enough staff. Food is mediocre at best. Always a long wait.

Lovely afternoon with the grandchildren. We did wait a while however it was very busy. Food was good. We will definitely re visit.

Visited today after I finished work and ordered a steak for 2 people. They were so accommodating when I asked for a table and asked for our food on plates instead of skillets. The steaks were really lovely and had no fat and cooked to perfection

Edit. Tables where dirty an wet had to clean my own table after asking which was a god send after realising staff clean multiple tables with the same wet cloth an no cleaner. Walls had bits of food stuck on them there's now so many tables your sat in walkways people can't pass with children in buggys tables are of different hight my drinks glass had a massive crack that it was leaking all over the table The meals here are fantastic I've visited here many times and so far have never had a bad meal the staff have always been friendly polite and accommodating the meals are of a good size portion and reasonably priced

Went on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Was relatively busy nothing major. Was seen quicky at bar with nice enough staff. Waited an hour and ten minutes for food. When food arrived it was cold. I ordered the steak and ordered it rare but what I go can only be described as a steak that was cooking for the whole hour and ten minutes I was waiting. Didn't receive a check back on food which is fairenough they were busy things like this often get forgotten when busy. I like to think that it's not like this all the time. Probably wouldn't go agian.
