Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to Popeyes on 4/15/24 around 4:45 pm and ordered 8 piece family meal classic with mashed potatoes with extra gravy and a large beans and rice, also 2 apple pies. The chicken was way over cooked with the skin being hard and brittle like it had been cooked multiple times. Did not receive the extra gravy or the apple pies.

When ordering my food, the cashier rang up more food than I wanted, then only deleted one of the extra orders, then the other staff were treating me with disdain, which I can only assume is because I’m white.

Popeyes is awesome. This location is a bit sus, though. Never get it through Doordash, you won't get most of your sides, and you never get any sauce...... ever. If you go through the drive-thru, check your order before you leave the window. Something is missing.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET FOOD. THERE WERE 5 GUYS STANDING IDLE DOING NOTHING WHILE WE WAITED FOR OVER 45MINS IN LINE. THEY ARE JUST LAUGHING ABOUT IT LIKE THEY DON'T CARE. IT WAS ALMOST 11PM SO ALL THE PEOPLE BEHIND WHO HAVE BEEN IN LINE FOR 50MINS WERE NOT SERVED. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO POUR MY HEART OUT HERE BUT MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. IT'S A DISCGRACE TO THE FRANCHISE

My son order two classic chicken sandwiches yesterday and have been sick since. Start up food poison. Damn shame. Do better.
