Mugshots Espresso - Reno

I had to stop by here because of the name of the establishment. I thought it was a great name and I wanted to support the business because of that. It was kind of hard to figure out how to pull up at first so I reversed in (don't do that) and that lady who helped me was super cool. The entrance to actually off continental (I believe is the street name). I drew a directions on a picture, which I'll post. Anywho, the lady who was working there was chill, nice and cool with recommending drinks. I liked her personality and she seemed to have a genuine smile while helping us... and I take five-ever to make choices, so her good attitude was appreciated. I got a white pistachio mocha and my nephew got a caramel frappuccino. He liked his drink and I liked mine a lot more than the Starbucks version of a pistachio something or another. You can actually taste the pistachio flavor with this drink. So this place definitely deserves its 5 stars. I really wasn't sure what to expect, I just liked the name and I'm glad I stopped by.

Yummy coffee!! Always like to support local and my friend recommended me this spot. SO many options and non coffee options. My go to horchata latte with an extra shot and oat milk. Yum!

Very sweet woman I ordered a iced caramel coffee with oat. I’ll and forgot to ask for it iced and she just made me an iced drink and gave me the hot coffee. Also the best iced coffee I’ve ever had.

Very friendly, and the coffee was great! I got a milky way and it was really good!

The owner is very nice, the drinks are really I have been getting my drinks everyday since Mugshots opened I am always very happy with the consistent taste of the drinks. The service is fast friendly.
