Restaurant bewertenHORRIBLE service, super rude attitude after being ignored 5 minutes wait to pickup my mobile order with ZERO customers in the store and ZERO employees working. HUGE LONG woman?s hair in my burrito and 1 of 2 items made completely wrong even though both items were ordered the same.
Employee working was very rude. Throwing food around, mumbling under breath entire time filling order. Asked for a large chips and queso order and she rolled her eyes. Didn't finish while ordering for whole family, just paid for what food was made and left.
This locations sucks. Don?t waste your time going here, I would go to the one next to chick fil a. The staff ignores you the first 5 minutes you walk in. They make faces and little comments about adding extra scoops. They for some reason could only do mobile orders one day and refused to take orders inside even though I was there in person they told us to mobile order. Their portions suck, especially if it is a mobile order. The food is usually cold/dry and they?re always out of things/don?t prep enough. Someone?s gotta fix the staff/management here.
Friday 11:35am. They were out of lettuce, the ice machine was broken, the employee did not know how to use the app for redeeming points for food or how to get the scanner up for rewards. To me the ice machine is understandable. The under trained employee and lack of supply ordering is a failure by the manager.
Great experience from start to finish. Customer service exemplary, the leader was on top of getting food replenished and was personable, professional, and didn?t rush me so I remembered to ask for fajita veggies. The young man who rung me up was friendly and professional and made direct eye contact. Everyone working looked relaxed and on top of their jobs. The food was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was clean (including bathroom , the portions were perfect, and there?s a nice outdoor area to eat. Top three Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Thanks everyone :
