This is a must visit when visiting Reims and Champagne. We had an incredible lunch the quality of the food and knowledge of the staff was very impressive. They weren't intending to open the day we visited but as we had reserved a while ago they opened just for us and made us feel very welcome. We'd recommend trying the champagne too which they paired this perfectly to the food.
