The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Regina Centre Crossing

This is a note to our server: Reese. My friend you are possibly the worst server I have had at a Keg. He was dull, untidy, greasy hair, not present at all.The manager was nowhere to be found. A simple lunch took two hours. The worst service, whoever hired him, I hope you hire better service staff.Other Keg location, service is so much better. Now I know not to come to your location.Good luck to you guys!

Honestly not really that impressed usually it's a good experience at all the kegs. Sadly bread that came out was hard as a rock like I mean close to burnt and almost un edible. Our server wasn't the best to be completely honest with you, we waited for our food for 55 minutes was only 2 steaks. And the plates came out wicked hot Same with the place of esparagus, so to me it wasn't a kitchen issue really it was that the food sat in the window for likely 30 some minutes that also shows as the side of broccoli that was showing on top side of the plate was completely burnt to a char. Like it was torched or something and then the other side was completely green and soft like it's supposed to be. Steak wasn't terrible asked for it rare it did come out just a hair over rare but nothing to complain about really or send it back. Drinks were good bartender was actually a better waiter then our server and he wasn't even serving us.

I came in for a drink at the bar. Hostess was friendly and seated me immediately! The Bartenders, Cole and Sterling were both friendly, professional and make for a fun, light environment. I'll definitely be coming back!

We have never had a bad meal here but this was bad. 3 out of 4 meals stone cold. Steak, veggies, lobsters, shrimp, mushrooms potatoes very cold. Staff was excellent.

The food is very good and the staff are skilled and friendly. The atmosphere is classic steak house.There is a large variety of steak on the menu along with a few non-beef alternatives including two vegetarian dishes.The Caesar salad is excellent and the side dishes are very good as well. Adult beverages are well made.Don't expect a cheap meal here, but expect a good meal and a great experience.
