I placed my order through the business channel and watched at least six orders that were placed after mine get completed before mine was even processed. The service was extremely slow.

Stopped here on the way to vancouver and I can confidently say that these are the best tims I've ever been! the personal is so friendly! it is also super clean, fast and honest was the best bagel belt I ever had.

I was in a hurry one day, and when I politely asked a girl whether my meal was ready after waiting 10 to 15 minutes, she rudely told me, "Don't tell me how to make my food." On another occasion, I didn’t receive my potato wedges, and when I inquired about them, the same rude staff member prepared them but then said, "Next time you want food, you have to pay for it." I reminded her that I had already paid, and she looked at the screen, realized I was right, and then just hurried away without offering any apology. Overall, my experiences here have been less than satisfactory, and I find myself reluctant to return.

I ordered coffee at the drive-thru window and the management at Tim Hortons refused to accept my Indian status card for tax exemption. As a disabled individual, I was informed that only the internal insurance company could grant that exemption. The manager was extremely rude and clearly lacked any customer service skills. He insisted that tax exemption does not apply to drive-thru orders, which I believe is against the law. He even suggested that I could take my complaint to Sakimay First Nation.

Inconsistent service, whoever makes the food at this location at lunch makes the worst food… why everyday I have to remake my already made sandwich … lettuce is always brown, bread is always burnt and tomatoes are always yellow?If I was this location I would fire the lady sandwich maker… she’s always rude and always grouchy, I hope she finds a job she loves. Giving a two star because most of the employees make me want to come back, just not for food until that woman is gone.
