We sat in an area where two other couples came in at the same time as us. Another couple arrived 10 mins or so after we sat down. That last couple had their food first! The others got theirs well before us.We waited over an hour for 2 orders of fish and chips! If your kitchen can't prepare them faster then that then don't put them on your menu.We had to flag down our waitress to find out we didn't have our order yet.Overall, brutal experience.Recommend to friends? Not **** likely!

Good was good, service was a little slow. But the key take away here was the bathroom. The men's bathroom needs to be looked at as the baseboard heater is damaged, the front cover is off exposing the heating elements. Not an issue now but in the winter this is unsafe. The stall needed a deep cleaning there is something splashed all over the walls in there. Not sure what happened but it looks like something bad did.

Got sick on there (precooked frozen then quickly grilled ribs 5 years ago, I couldn't make myself go back. How ever 5years later I decided to give them a chance. I ordered a burger, how hard is it to make a burger?? Could be 3 things that went wrong #1 the meat was from a 20 year old cow, #2 cook fell asleep, #3 for Pete's sake I hope they don't pre cook the burgers. I have never in my life had a tough burger. On a positive note the service was spot on!

The food was amazing, but the service kinda sucked this time around. We were meeting some friends and they got there before we did. When we got there they had drinks and appetizers. That's perfect! We sat down.... and waited nearly 20 minutes before I finally got up and hunted down the bartender to tell her we hadn't even had our drink order taken yet. She was apologetic and kind and came over and took our drink order. When the waitress finally did come, she asked if we wanted drinks, we answered that our drinks were being taken care of by someone else, and she WALKED AWAY. The first half of our party had been there for 45+ minutes, we had been there 20 minutes.. we were definitely ready to order. Not to mention the fact that we were on a schedule.Now I know that it's Friday night, we should have known it was going to be busy and we were going to have to wait... thats the kicker. There were maybe 4-6 tables full of people. Average 6 people. And 2 tables finished while we were waiting.When the food order was finally taken, it was fairly quick to get to us, we ate, and left.Good food, good company, we love the restaurant, and we will be back. One bad experience doesn't make for a bad place, we've been here many times before with no issues. Just disappointed in this experience. I guess we will hope for better next time around!
