Little Caesars Pizza - Reed Creek

I have never met workers more incompetent than the ones that work here. constantly confused almost like their minds aren't even all the way here lmao. go through the drive through and save yourself the struggle and annoyance of actually speaking to these people.

The food is always great. We always order specialty orders and call it in. Very disappointed on how the employees handled tonight. I live 25 minutes away from little caesars and I always call ahead so I don 't have to wait that long when I pickup my order. I called and an employee picked up the phone and didn 't say a single word. Not even a little caesars, please hold . Very poor customer service. When I tried to call back a few minutes later, the phone was off the hook. I get that it sometimes gets busy. I 've worked in the food industry before. However, that is very poor customer service!!!!

I got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and it was baked just right! Not real busy when I came so it was nice to be able to eat outside quietly. I can see from other posts it can be a hit or miss at this location, but for me this time it was perfect!

The lady at the window was not friendly at all taking my order. I was the first car and ask to pull up without getting a receipt. Then I waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and 2 ICB and 2 sauces. The boy that brought the order out didn't bring the sauce and had to go back and get it. He never apologized for the wait or said have a great day. He never said the first word to me. He just turned around and walked away. Horrible customer service from start to finish. Very disappointed with the pizzas. The ham and pineapple only had toppings right in the middle and not many of them. This is what I expect from the Elberton store but not here. This store has gone down hill badly since Michelle and Kristin left being the GM.
