This is my new GO TO sushi joint in Redlands.I've tried them all and have never been very impressed.Either they were overpriced (Looking at you Shiki! or they were just straight out not good/not fresh (not going to name names! Decided to give Kiyora a try I had low expectations going in and had an exceptional and very pleasing experience.I've been back a handful of times have been very satisfied each time!!The prices are reasonable. The portions are expected.The folks running the restaurant are sweet!This is the only sushi restaurant in the area that I will take my business!Friendly reminder to customers The restaurant has VERY limited dine in times don't quote me on the exact times however I vaguely remember reading that after lunch hours, it's TAKE OUT ONLY.They're not on Door Dash/Uber Eats/Post Mates/ etc but they do take phone orders for pick up.

Kiyora always makes the best rolls with fresh tasting ingredients. I have never been disappointed with the rolls we get here, they always do a great job with their food. We have enjoyed the Rainbow Rolls, Vegetarian Rolls, Moonshine Rolls, Aloha Rolls, Red Dragon Rolls, Cajun Salmon Rolls, Hawaiian Rolls, and others. Our go to is the Rainbow, Vegetarian and Moonshine though. I think they are open for sit down during lunch but you can call ahead and they will let you know when your order will be ready for you. If you choose this delicious sushi, enjoy!

You can dine in for lunch. Only take out for dinner. It can be slow at times with only one chef. We love the freshness of the fish. The portion is reasonable. Love the Surf Clam and Yellowtail collar. Enjoy!
