Anthony and Brenda on day shift!! They make my day so much better. If I’m having a bad day, I know I can count on the El Pollo Loco team to put a smile back on my face. Food is always great. Give Antony a raise for all his hard work and efforts.

Super friendly staff! They often have my order ready before I'm done paying. Great food, and a healthy option for a low price.

Anthony and Brenda are like family now. They provide impeccable service every time. I wish all the El Pollo Locos could be managed by Anthony! He seriously deserves a raise for consistently going above and beyond upon every visit I make. I mean that 100%. Thanks again guys.

I'm eating angry here at Pollo Loco. First I asked for my order with chicken breast and a leg and another piece. They gave me another salad. They charged me more and in the end they gave me the chicken breast half raw. They said it was juicy. mmmmm. Well, then they measured out the wrong salad. and I told them everything that was wrong and they got angry with a bad attitude. The truth is, I have come several times but I no longer have to pay for something that I am not happy about, just with an attitude, I imagine that this happens very rarely here. But I won't be back, at least in this sad and dissapointed town, but be more courteous to other people.

The service here is impeccable! Brenda S. On day shift needs a raise. She is absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service every time! I honestly feel like family there. Her manager is wonderful too. Food is excellent. It makes our neighborhood much more enjoyable. Thanks guys.
