Carolyn's Cafe - Redlands

5 2 15 (Saturday) I had lunch and ordered chicken strips with fries and ranch dressing. Water to drink The chicken strips were very dark brown and appeared very well done. I presume the waitress thought they were well done as well and offered me a steak knife . They were very done and chewy and I should have sent them back. It was near closing and I did not send my order back. Within an hour after eating I developed projectile vomiting and abdominal pain which later I developed diarrhea. I was sick for two days with these symptoms and concerned if I had food poisoning. :
