Thai Gumdale - REDLAND BAY

The calamari with lemongrass and ginger served with deep-fried noodles was fantastic, but there was no sauce provided to pair with the rice I had ordered. The staff should have informed me that the dish did not go well with rice, but overall it was still quite enjoyable. However, there was not enough calamari considering the price of the meal. The vegetable purses were disappointing, as they lacked any meat and predominantly contained nuts. I believed they were not made in-house.

We were impressed with the Thai food we ordered as the portion sizes were generous. We will be returning to this restaurant this weekend. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, the service was quick.

As visitors from the UK enjoyed excellent cuisine. Excellent choices in the menu. Very friendly staff who gave superlative service. The prices were indeed very reasonable. I have no concerns to recommend Thai Gumdale to everyone. Enjoy! I hope I can make another visit.

We came here as a family of 7 to celebrate a birthday really enjoyed the food. We sat outside it was pleasantly cool. The restaurant was very busy but service was still reasonably fast the food was all delicious. It’s BYO but...we didn’t bother. I’ll be very happy to return. It wasn’t the cheapest Thai place I’ve been to but the food was definitely with the price

I love this Thai restaurant - it's my go-to spot for delicious Thai food. The Massaman Beef, Chicken Panang, and Chicken Pad Thai are always amazing and affordable. Whether dining in or getting takeout, it's always a fantastic experience. In my opinion, this restaurant deserves 5 stars!
