Red Hook Natural Foods

I'm not from this area, but was staying nearby and needed some health food items. The store owner was incredibly helpful and absolutely friendly. The place is small and cute like the rest of Red Hook, but well stocked.

This place and Rheinbeck Health Foods on Garden Street in Rheinbeck center are the best places to get health foods near home without crossing the Kingston bridge. You will not always find what you want (for going to Mother Earth in Kingston) but it is convenient, the staff is friendly, and they have a good reward/punchcard program.

I don't live in this area, but I was nearby and in need of some healthy food. The shop owner was extremely helpful and very friendly. The place is charming and cozy, just like the rest of Red Hook, but it's well stocked.

I'm not sure if the shelves are typically this bare, but I found it to be a lovely spot to pick up some essentials in a pinch.
