Lovely reception, good rooms, customer service needs some work. Also was working nights whilst staying and the curtains keep out absolutely no light.

Interesting check in as there is no reception, you check in at the bar but no major issues with that. Very comfortable bar area.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was here for business and will be providing feedback to my company with an ask to remove this hotel from the business...
