Mama Sarah - Rayville

If you ever find yourself in Rayville, LA along I 20 do a favor and swing through the city and get something from Mama Sarah 's. Best food, friendly people and largest hometown atmosphere everywhere. When I ordered a burger basket, I asked if the pommes were cut at home. You said no, do you want them to go home? And... they did. My wife got a **** and she said it was absolutely the best.

I wish I could have it 10 stars instead of only 5. Absolutely heavenly bacon cheeseburgers and my wife's fried pork chop were excellent. Mama Sarah and her staff are so friendly and funny. Wünsch it was not so far away (over 5 hours). But next time we're going around, we'll be over again.

Fantastic! She asked what we wanted when we went to this house cooking family restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and the conversation interesting. HIGHLY recommend!

Love the food! Huge helpings for a reasonable price I've tried the burgers, pork chop dinner, fish dinner and have been more than satisfied. Every time I come home, I make a trip to Mama Sarah's!!
