Dairy Queen - Rayland

What kind of fast food restaurant closes at 8pm? This place is ridiculous. The sandwich meat is often cold and tough, with a burnt appearance from sitting under the warmer for too long. The burgers are never fresh, the fries are cold, and the burgers are sloppily assembled with sauce and mustard spilling all over the wrapper and bun. Every time I try to get food here, they are closed. If this place stayed open more often, they would surely attract more customers and improve their business.

This restaurant is terrible. How is it that they charge for pup cones when no other Dairy Queen locations do? Not only that, they crumble up dog treats and put them in the "dog Sundays." Since when does Dairy Queen sell dog treats? This is a scam and it's unfair to charge for pup cones when no other location does. It seems like they just want to make as much money as possible to stay open year-round, rather than just in spring and summer. But charging people for pup cones is not cool. They should disclose what kind of dog treats they put in the ice cream, as some dogs, like my service animal, cannot eat them and will get sick. Shame on you, Dairy Queen.

Me: I would like a Chicken Strip and Fry basket. Her: *mumbled* gravy *mumbled* Me: Yes, with white gravy. Her: Anything else? Me: A White Mocha Shake. Her: We don't have that. Me: Okay, never mind. I'll go elsewhere. I felt that I shouldn't have to pay for food from a place where I was treated so poorly, so I left and went to a local grocery store to buy chicken instead. It's important for this restaurant to train their workers on how to treat customers with respect, rather than treating us like we're just cars passing through.

Quick hot food. Correct order. Can't really ask for

WOW, this place was super clean and the ladies working were Extremely nice. The food was off the hook.
