The food was wrong and cold. called the restaurant and they were indifferent

I like ordering from here. The food was really good. But i noticed that they would put hot peppers in my subs from here. It would be lathered on both sides and all through out the meat. I never understood why. Won't be ordering from here again.

One star not because of the food because of the women who answers the phone with such a nasty tone and bothered attitude I dread calling the store only reason I call cause their online menu has been screwed up for the past 2 years. Please hire someone new. I wasn?t even given a delivery estimate she got my card number and hung up, all I could say was wow.

Horrible service. fries they delivered were cold and hard. asked for gravy fries with cheese, no gravy. very disrespectful customer service

First and Last time going there. First of all the lady who ordered our food was rude then to make matters worse I ordered no hots on my sub and my wife ordered no tomatoes hots and they did the complete opposite even though they wrote it on the paper the sub came wrapped in. The subs literally fell apart when we unwrapped them. Then the wings are no where near crunchy. Its like they baked it and threw sauce on it. I want my refund! Also when I got up there to pick up my food they had my order wrong so I had to wait just to end up unsatisfied anyway ?
