Restaurant bewertenFirst visit. We got seated and handed drink Menus and waited 18 mins when I saw the host seat another guests and ask her where our waiter is. She went looking for someone. A young lady came and introduced herself and took our drink order and left. Waited another 10 mins. I asked the busboy for water and the menu and he brought them. Another 5 mins and another waiter a man comes by and ask us what we like for drinks. We told him we ordered a Manhattan and a vodka martini already. He went and came back 5 mins later with the drinks. The wrong vodka was used on one drink. My guest who ordered it told him to cancel the order and take the drink away. We ordered our food I ordered the short ribs and he ordered the rib eye steak. Mine came dry and root veggies were burnt. My guest steak was smothered with gravy. And very fatty. They called it a tomohok Rib eye Not so. And charged $45. The bus boy was serving bread to every table and passed by us without offering. I had to flag him down to get bread. I was the saddest evening I have even spent at a restaurant. Bad service and bad food. We arrived for a 530pm reservation. I shutter to think how it is later.
My lemon drop martini was the best I’ve had in many months! The scallops were outstanding and the service was wonderful! Our lovely waitress from N Dakota was so caring and warm in her approach! I’ll be back!
My sea bass was overcooked and very dry. My husband’s meatloaf was just ok. Service was fantastic.
It was a great experience. Next time we’re going to hit the bar area.
Most of our group of four enjoyed our dinners. My recommendation is to stick with the more traditional dishes on the menu. Service was very good.
