Buffalo Wild Wings - Rancho Cucagmonga

This restaurant was terrible. The server took forever to come to our table and ignored our attempts to get his attention.

We frequent BWW often. Although this location is near our house, we have mixed feelings about it. We receive good service when dining in, with no complaints. However, when placing online or phone orders, 4 out of 5 times, something is missing from our order. It is frustrating because we must wait for them to prepare the missing items while our food gets cold, or we only realize the missing items once we are already home, about 30 minutes away. We have not received refunds for these missing items, and sometimes we have to drive back while everyone else is already eating. We always double-check our orders. Update: On 3/31/24, I placed an online order and once again had missing items.
