Came here for the first time with my family to celebrate our father's birthday and he loved it .

The food? GreatThe atmosphere? AwesomeThe service? The best. I tried a little bit of everything.

Food was fairly well done, but the presentation of the seafood platter was lacking. No garnish, decoration or accompaniment. The swordfish was a little overdone...

Our waiter and his trainee were very professional, efficient and not intrusive. Our food was prepared just as we wanted. We’ll definitely go back again.

Filet mignon was very under cooked(asked for medium well)Sea bass tasted like a Cajun meal. Red crab claws were overcooked.

42nd Street Oyster Bar is one of our favorite places to dine. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was amazing.
