We spent a total of 5 days at the hotel. I cannot rate the stay entirely positively. The first thing that was not pleasant is the lack of parking spaces for hotel guests. If a demonstration was taking place in the village, there was not much place to park. It 's a shame that the staying guests don 't have parking marked with a room number. Another thing that bothered me quite a bit is the care for the accommodation room no. 26 Lux category. We didn 't have a trash can taken out for the whole 5 days. Furthermore, the condition of my mattress was a disaster. I am also adding a photo. Blotchy and stretchy. Furthermore, you don 't sleep on grates, but on something what can you perhaps describe as a slab of wood? I don 't understand why there are wires sticking out of the wall in some places. See Photo. On the contrary, I can positively evaluate the friendly staff, swimming pools, massages and gastronomy. Unfortunately, the quality of the mattresses was really bad. Therefore, next year we will prefer another hotel. According to my experience, the price of the accommodation does not correspond to the quality of the room. Food drinks: Half board approx.

Very poor price/quality ratio. The restaurant offers average food and drink, the prices are really extreme even when compared to Prague.

Fairytale village we went mainly for the children. Unfortunately, no one told us that when you stay in the Fairytale Village, you automatically become an attraction by living in one of those nice fairy tale houses So we finally know how the animals in the Zoo feel when people come to look at them Every day XXX guided tours, knocking on the door, ringing the bell, staring at the windows, crazy When you arrive at the reception, you will be greeted by a blonde receptionist who is as warm as when you open the freezer at home Otherwise, I have to praise the performance of the kitchen and especially the chef, the buffet breakfast and dinner are luxurious! As soon as the chef found out that we have a son with a lactose allergy, he immediately took care of us personally and even prepared special meals, this is the first time we have met such a perfect approach, we really appreciate it. The service at the bar and at breakfast and dinner is also perfect. Indoor pool slightly chaotic, everything shared, changing rooms, showers, no towels and bathrobes A final line for those of you who are going there stay in a hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation in peace. Rooms: I don't recommend living in cottages if you want peace... Safety: Zero security dozens of strangers in the area during the day...
