Starbucks Coffee - Quincy

Went there this am...not my normal Starbucks... cashier very abrupt ..seemed like their not very customer service ortiented . Asked for a coffee I've been drinking a long time...didn't have it there ???? Anyhow ....won't be going there again...

Waiting 20 minutes for placing order and they was chilling each other and no one served me. I hate this store service. I love Starbucks coffee but not your anymore.

Bad service, unprofessional staff. Need improving customer service for bartender. Very disappointed Asian girl

Arrived at like 5:54pm. They were open, but shut off the lights after we got there. Tried to order a frappe, but they said they couldn't make it because the machine was shut down.

The manager is so nice and helpful, willing to go out of her way to help a customer get the drinking cups
