Restaurant bewertenThe service was excellent, but the food was unfortunately very disappointing. I ordered a combo that included chicken, boron, rice, tostones, salchipapas, and yucca frits. To my dismay, I found a hair in the yucca frits, which also had an off taste as if they were no longer fresh. The rice was bland, and my drink had an odd aftertaste, suggesting the glass wasn’t clean. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I tried to enjoy my day, but I won't be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The food was good, but the portions were quite small. The staff was nice. I found the price of $6.95 for two coffees a bit expensive. Overall, $60.00 for two people felt a bit steep for what we received.
The ceviche was delicious, the salad was fresh, and the maduros were absolutely delightful. I only had to wait about 25 minutes, which was longer than the 10 minutes I was initially told, but the meal was well worth the wait!
The waiters were friendly and focused on our needs. on the other hand, it was terrible to eat. our party has the lomo salteado and roasted huh. the lomo was oversalted and the frits in which steal. not to appreciate the reheated foods such as the rice and the pommes cooked from earlier days, definitely a deal breaker.
The delivery service is horrible it is so not the same as the restaurant. I’ve ordered twice for delivery . My ceviche was swimming in the bottom of the plastic bag and all over my car the 1 at time before my two deliveries. The delivery process takes forever and when you receive the food it’s all cold . Then manager Mary sends me another order and she gets mad that I tell her that the food was damaged. It’s not free I payed for it. I will never again order from there again
