Mcdonald's - Queens

Avoid the drive-thru at this restaurant. You could be waiting forever and they don't even acknowledge your presence.

I went to the restaurant today and it was busy, but the girl at the register on the far right made my experience great. She made my pineapple smoothie and was so friendly. I don't know her name, but she is a short Dominican with light skin. I wanted to hug her because she made my day.

The customer service is excellent, but the drive-thru experience is a bit unusual. You are instructed to pull up to the hydrant, and then someone emerges from a side door to deliver your order.

I went to McDonald's. It was okay, but they don't serve their own drinks. You have to use the self-service machine.

I had some trouble getting into the restaurant because it was after hours. Even after placing a mobile order, I had to wait at least 25-30 minutes to receive my food, as the service was slow. However, once I got my food, I had no complaints. I would rate the food 5/5.
