A little while later, after my wife and daughter had stepped away, the manager returned and asked if they would be back soon. I assured him they would be. When they returned, we were delighted to see one of your staff members dressed as Red Robin come by. My daughter's reaction was priceless; she was ecstatic, wanting hugs and high-fives. As the character moved on to greet other families, they waved and smiled, making her night truly special. I realize it might not have been planned for Red Robin to make an appearance during what turned out to be an impromptu kid's night, but I commend your manager for the decision to have him come out and spread joy among the children. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a significant impact. Our waitress, Mary Rose, also did an exceptional job. Even though it was a busy night with several large families, she made sure to give me attention shortly after we were seated, letting me know she was there for us before attending to another table. It was a simple yet appreciated gesture. Throughout the evening, she remained very attentive, checking on us frequently, refilling drinks, and ensuring our daughter was happy with her meal. Mary Rose was polite and friendly all night, and she took the time to thank us as we left. Our food was delicious, and we all came home happy. Overall, we had a positive experience, especially considering how chaotic it could have been. The extra efforts made by your management and staff were greatly appreciated, and we will be sure to share this with others. Thank you!

Red Robin is fantastic! They serve the best burgers, delicious drinks, and the service is even better. I've dined here many times and have never had a negative experience.

I used to visit the Red Robin in Quakertown frequently and was always pleased with the food and service. Today, I brought my aunt from Florida, who had never been to a Red Robin before. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun with fries and a side of mayo. However, I can't really comment on the mayo since I didn't receive any, and the fries were underwhelming—only six on my plate. To make matters worse, my gluten-free bun was rock hard and inedible; I could only eat the chicken. I requested more fries and received them, but normally my plate is heaped with fries when my order arrives. It also seemed like our waitress was new, as she wasn't the most attentive.

Sophie, the host, is fantastic! She's an incredibly hard worker and excels at her job! We requested a table by the window, and she made it happen—so impressive! Thank you, Sophie!
