Great food but Horrible management. I received a drink that I always order but this time the drink tasted like beer. I told the waitress who then rolled her eyes and told the manager. I asked the manager to refund me for the drink, but she refused and told me “Africans do not do refunds. This is just how it is. “ I was disrespected, dismissed, and met with a lot of attitude. My money was taken and customer service was horrible. I normally have a wonderful experience here because the food is so good and most time people are very nice and welcoming. I will never return here with this management and atmosphere. What the manager did not know is that I am African and that is false. She thought I was a black American. Update- As I was checking out. The manager said, “Hi, Africa. Thanks for the review”. She kept referring to me as Africa. This is the type of person managing this establishment.She was allowed to be disrespectful and to harass me. Roddy, My issue is how the manager handled the situation not the policy. She did not explain very well. She stereotyped me and was rude. What I stated above were her words verbatim. I understand your policy for your establishment. I just wish the situation was handled better. The main issue was the customer service. I didn’t make a big deal at the restaurant, but I felt the need to make a review because she is in a key leadership position. After I made the review she taunted me while I was paying for my food and that is unacceptable. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Highly recommended for those who love Lamb meat. One of my fave lamb restaurant.I went here when I crave lamb BBQ. The owner and the screw was nice too Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
