Starbucks - Puyallup

Drive thru set up sucks. Parking sucks. Don’t park in front of the store, you will get trapped by that drive thru line. Seems like every time I’m there the lobby is closed. Please turn off your mobile pick up if your lobby is closed. At least 3 people walked up to the door, looked at the sign with disappointment, and walked away. Then I looked at the drive through line… I’d be pissed having to wait in this poorly designed drive thru after walking up to the door thinking my order is ready. Oh and when the lobby is actually open they have boxes everywhere. Seems unorganized and drinks are inconsistent. You’re better off going to the Starbucks inside of target. You’re going to wait just as much time going there… actually, target may be quicker.

The location was convenient and the staff appeared high caliber as you'd expect from the establishment. Parking is not ideal as you have the drive thru line sitting behind your car as you leave.Parking: Parking near the door is often blocked by the drive thru traffic

Into this Starbucks to pick up a doordash order everybody in there is kids they don't even know how to be organized waited over 30 minutes for order that said it was already completed a boy came and did order and just left it there without even acknowledge who order it was this is a dumb place don't go here if you're waiting for orders because they will not let you know when your order is done.... horrible bad customer service

The drinks are mostly made correctly and the staff is friendly but if there is 2 or more people in line expect to be there for a while. They take their time making anythingFood: 4/5

Every trip they get my drink, correct moms not the staff, friendly outgoing, and always remember who you are
