Dunkin' - Putnam

Coffee was fresh and hot. the service was somewhat slow by short staff, but they were efficient and quality concentrated so that the line will move well. will definitely go back to this place.

My food was cold/frozen on the inside. Coffee was extremely watered down. I go to this dunkin often because it is close to home, but not anymore. Every time I go something on my order is forgotten, food is cold, or I get something that I didn't even order.

Every time I go to get some coffee for me and my wife, I'm usually disappointed with the service tonight I had the yo' bro's working and they TOTALLY botched me and my wife's coffees!! ONCE in a GREAT while I will have my coffee made correctly.. that's why It got 2 stars instead of zero! The corporate needs to send people who know what they are doing to train them!

They need more staff. I understand there's nobody wanting work but 3 in town...maybe close one and have more people working 2 shops instead. Ridiculous to make people wait 20 mins for 1 coffee. I don't don't drink coffee but I bring my clients and it's never quick. This started pre-pandemic

I love how the service keeps getting worse because of the rapid turnover, but somehow every few months another $0.10¢ gets added onto my regular order.
