Columbus Cafe Co Puteaux La Defense

I usually get the almond milk matcha latte at Starbucks, which is great because there's no sugar. I wanted to try the first Colombus café because the Starbucks in La Défense is closed. I asked for the exact same thing, without sugar. They actually didn't add any sugar but their matcha (green tea powder) is already mixed with sugar, so they can't remove it. This is really annoying because I hate sugary drinks. Plus it's supposed to be a healthy drink, but if you add sugar to it, it becomes very bad. I really advise you to change the product and take quality sugar-free matcha, you will gain customers.

The service is deplorable, 4 people to serve you a coffee, 1 person who takes the order, one who makes the coffee, one who cashes and a...who forgot to serve you!!! Cold coffee 7 minutes later ..and when you get upset a little they find the time to make irony.A shame Another day the waitress dared to ask me why I was pissed and pressed while I just waited 8 minutes to be served. If I wasn't in a hurry I wouldn't have taken a coffee to take away but I would have sat down and taken my coffee on the spot in another sign..I only have 10 minutes to pose me to take a coffee..a good hearer

Okay, no organisation, you have to repeat your order to each waitress, the one that serves you coffee, the one that serves you in the past, and the one that cashes you. No goodness, you clearly feel that you're bored deeply, at worst, close the store.
