Adega, a Portuguese word means cellar. an incredible restaurant in nelspruit, South Africa. we spent a wonderful afternoon eating an appetit part bacalhau a lagareiro and drinking South African wine that is as good as Portuguese. a quality service and a friendly, well-trained staff. the environment and decoration is reminiscent of some restaurants in the interior of portugal. affordable and well located. if you go through nelspruit and like to appreciate one of the best Portuguese cuisine, this is the place to go. do not hesitate to visit the adega restaurant.

Excellent food and service. The atmosphere is brilliant. You and your family will enjoy the evening.

Extensive menu, kind staff, delicious food. I did not try the puddings though I would have liked to see something more adventurous there.

Most amasing fresh, perfectly cooked seafood. From starter to mains absolutely amasing.

Service might be a little slow sometimes but perfection takes time. Their food is amazing. Weekly they have a seafood buffet. Bit pricey but definitely worth the money. I have never eaten so much seafood in my life in a single sitting and never thought i would be able to eat so much in a single sitting. The host is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere
