Mc Donald's Malecon - Puerto Vallarta

McDonald's (and most of the fast food joints) offer on site delivery for those who want the familiar cuisine of fast food without leaving the resort. The resorts aren't thrilled about this, so you'll have to walk out to the gate to pick up the food.

Everytime I've gone to this restaurant the fried are awful....soggy, stale, limp. Corporate policy says that old fries need to be thrown out and replaced with fresh one. I've never seen them do that. The new fried are always added to the old ones, so you never know from fry to fry whether it's a tasty, crisp new one or an old one from who knows how long ago. Also if you're going to eat there, get your food in a bag. The used trays are not washed but a new paper liner is used. How gross.

Grab an American standby meal or just get a very cheap ice cream cone. 13 pesos..a bargain in any aspect or currency.

The great thing about McDonalds is you know exactly what you will get anywhere in the world. This location is no different. I go here when I need a little taste of home. Be warned however service is much more relaxed in Mexico. Don't expect fast service but the staff is friendly.

Como siempre estas cadenas son económicas y prácticas, pero ya que andás en este tipo de lugares, prefiere siempre la comida local y fresca.
