Icu - Puerto Vallarta

We love ICU. We started when they were at the marina and they loved them. Now they are from Altas Olas and are much larger and easier to find. Your food is delicious. The staff is wonderful and we wish them a lot of success.

ICU is a must try with gorgeous, creative, and contemporary Mexican food. The tasting menu is a seven course (or 11 course) affair that builds on layers of taste and complexity. The chef has obviously taken great care in building this menu. All of this combined in a relaxed setting with knowledgable staff easily makes this some of the best food in the Puerto Vallarta area. I can't wait to return!
