Viva Wyndham V Heavens All Inclusive Resort

Hotel just opened november 15, 2022. room is new, food is very good, beach is small, good activities at the bar, free kayaking and boat riding, disco at the evenings, show only at Saturday and Sunday. we like it

The resort was very clean, rooms lovely and right on the beach. Gorgeous pool and bar with lots of different food options. The Italian on the beach was so good and lovely setting. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not do enough for us. Some of the friendliest people I have met. They made our stay the best it could be. The entertainment staff were fantastic, big shout out to Floki, Bubaloo and Baby who we made great friends with. They were so friendly and outgoing and put on some great shows! The bar staff and resturaunt staff were also superb and very accommodating to everything we needed and always service with a smile : Loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

I am absolutely blown away by this resort. This was my very first trip outside of Canada, and first international trip ever! I was so nervous about coming to the Dominican (after hearing bad stories) and was super anxious about this stay. But as soon as we arrived, it was 5 star service from the jump. The staff are absolutely AMAZING. Especially Daddy cool this guy can MOVE and he will get you hyped. But all the staff were just so great. The food was good a la carte is like fine dinning so small portions but the buffet was always great if you were extra hungry. The room was clean and super comfortable. AC was nice and crisp. The resort is squeaky clean no bugs, not even sand fleas on the beach. Just completely clean. This is a great mix of people type of resort if you like to party this is a great spot. Really feels luxurious and we never want to leave. I am likely going to cry the day we get on the plane back home because this trip and this resort has been life changing. Thank you so much to all the staff who made this the best stay ever. We hope to return!

Smaller than others but a great ambience throughout. Staff is friendly. The DJ in the nightclub is not that great. He played too much American pop stuff.

So first of all the resort was beautiful, very clean . food was great,I enjoyed my short stay .partying at the club was amazing ,had lots of fun,staff was nice.i enjoyed my spa day,it was pure tranquility, except for the bath tube that wasn't functioning properly, I didn't get proper sleep in because of the construction work going on next to my room, the noise disturb me immensely, one night ,we keep getting disturb by security guard plus I had cockroach in my room,apart from these bad moments, it was still nice at the resort, hope the resort can take these issues as a future reference to to better their resort and services, thanku
