We often visit Texas Roadhouse and, if Jay is the manager, we always have a great experience. He regularly checks tables to ensure that customers are satisfied with their food and he performs the unusual task of actually visiting with his customers. Once we had a problem and he did it right without feeling uncomfortable. We felt that it is important to point out how much this contributes to the overall experience of eating in a restaurant, as the prioritization of customer satisfaction in these days becomes even more rare. Great culinary experience in Texas Roadhouse in pueblo Colorado. Food and service are excellent. We're visiting Colorado and looking for a steak. I'm glad we found this place. We ordered their Rib Eye Steak and it was perfectly cooked. They also have unlimited bread that was so good. There is a long line when we arrived, but as we signed for a waiting list on the line, it was not so bad. I recommend that you go and join the waiting list so you don't have to wait long in the restaurant. If you are logged in, there is an estimated time when you are sitting. You will then send a text message when the seat is available. I recommend Texas Roadhouse.
The food was fabulous as it is in all Texas Roadhouses I've ever visited. Fresh hot rolls to touch too hot! The steak was cooked for perfection, the garden salads were crisp and chilled as they should be, and we really have the 79. My father's birthday dinner enjoyed. As a restorer, I would like to apply for the service we have received. I wish I could remember his name, he was fabulous. He was in a great mood that can certainly set the atmosphere for the duration of the meal, and he paid attention to every detail regarding our special food requests. He was excellent in the marketing of products, especially blue cheese crumbs, appetizers, and ask if we want our steaks 'smothered'. He was quick to refill our drinks before we ran dry, fast to remove our empty dishes, and just right down polite. I was so impressed that I gave him 35% tip. This server really seemed to enjoy what he did and it showed. He even took the time to explain to me how their 'tip pooling' works and the policy to allow dogs in the restaurant. I have eaten in an incredible number of restaurants in my life, and I will make this in my top 10 both for service and for food perfection. I would have taken more photos, but I couldn't wait until I carved into my steak.
Steak was cooked right, side dishes were flavorful and tasty. The service was great, and the price was bearable. It was my birthday, and I had no reason to complain. I would be happier if the servers and other staff wore masks, but since I wore mine, I believe I was safe.
