Restaurant bewertenGreat ambience and excellent waiting staff. The unique menu was a great surprise. I had the salmon with Saccotash and my husband had the main rib. Very good!
Nice wine selection and the lamb quesadillas were unique and delicious. The chicken quesadillas are a huge dinner portion and delicious as well. The calamari could have been seasoned better and I am never a fan ofa a heavy drizzle of aioli on calamari so I recommend it without. The service is also very good...a nice time out overall.
Prime rib buffet was delicious. Scalloped potatoes were amazing. The desert was decadent. Service was stressed. She seemed to be overwhelmed and under friendly. I'll have to give the brunch a try.
Went for Sunday brunch. Wait staff was pleasant and service was quick. Omelette and Eggs Benedict were prepared well. The buffet was very disappointing. The food was cool to barely warm. The biscuits and gravy would have been excellent if not so cool. Steamed vegetables were downright cold. The food was held at far too low a temp for safe service. This was at about noon. Drinks were OK but pricey. The mimosa was a special at $5 and a coffee with Baileys was $10. **** Mary was $10 Had the potential for a decent brunch but execution fell sharply. For the price it was not at all worth the effort. The Sunday manager must pay more attention to the food temp (the quality was good) to maintain safety. All in all very disappointing. Pueblo needs a decent brunch place and I was hoping this would be it.
My wife and I ate dinner on 2/7/20. We had not been here before. Beautiful building and location. Service was great. Staff very nice. Unfortunately all food beyond the salad was so disappointing. Appetizer of veggie spring rolls (which was basically corn, beans and cheese in a deep fried wrap) had almost no flavor and was weird ingredients. I had steak (4 oz NY) and shrimp (4 grilled shrimp on skewer). Steak appeared to be cooked correctly but no flavor and a little firm. Shrimp looked cooked right, but was soft and floppy. I still ate them because it didn't taste bad just nothing for flavor. My wife had the chicken cordon bleu which was remarkably lacking in flavor as well. With tip and 2 large draft beers, our bill was $104. That's a lot of money for a very bland meal. We were hoping for so much more...
