Restaurant bewertenApparently they don’t know how to read the order correctly and just ignore special order request. If you choose extra toppings and then get none at all, that is an issue. I can’t ask for a refund because I ordered through their subway app. Of course they’ll replace it if I go up there but that kind of defeats the purpose of paying fees and cost for a delivery ordered. I don’t know why I bother with this place, it’s always wrong. I have pictures of these lame “sandwiches”
Ordered a couple sandwiches on the App and got great quality out of it. I ordered a number 1, The Philly and a number 6, The Monster. Both were great, made as ordered down to the “Less” option for the sauces. I only ordered take out and grabbed my food and left, but my initial arrival was great. I was welcomed and told they’ll be with me in a moment, the lobby was clean and someone was actively restocking the soda machine. Great food.
If I could give this places a 0 star I would I went there on 9-2-22 and the older lady was in there and she was the rudest person ever I asked her for one more line of ranch on my sandwich and she emptied the entire bottle on the sandwich to the Point where I had to throw it away then I went back and was told the manager would call me so I could put in a complaint and I have still not received a call back I will now drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to the other subway when I want subway .
Just got coupons in the mail yesterday they don’t work. Try it on the app. Don’t work brought it into the store. Got told it’s a problem not a coupon issue had to pay full price.
Passed two times I’ve ordered I always get double meat and cheese and I pay extra for those requests yet get small sandwiches with not a lot on them at all. Won’t be using this subway anymore. I’ve tried multiple times and tired of wasting my money
