Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries are horrible everytime I order them they taste old. Old and nasty

The pecan chicken salad sandwiches we had were absolutely delicious. The server was polite and located us promptly. Overall, it was a great experience!

The French dip is incredible, and the roast beef with cheese is fantastic!

The food is always excellent and never disappoints. The meat tastes incredibly fresh, and the cheese is wonderfully creamy. The high-C fruit punch is fantastic as well!

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled orders. I was a bit hesitant when I saw the long line of cars, but they seemed to move fairly quickly. After placing my order, I noticed that while the employee grabbed some ketchup, there was only one order of fries in the bag. Upon checking the receipt, I realized he had missed my request for two orders. I spoke up and asked if I could get another order of fries, even though I was reluctant to delay anyone behind me. Fortunately, they got my second order ready quite fast. I appreciate the efficient service, but my Bacon Beef Cheese Sandwich was a little... messy, and I couldn't finish it because it fell apart. Also, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil—I couldn't finish those either. Otherwise, it would have been a five-star experience!
