Chick-fil-a - Providence

Very strange set up. Outside looks like a warehouse, and you cannot order inside/in a drive through. You have to submit an online order through Chick-fil-A or the food delivery services instead. Food was finished very quickly, and we were on our way!

I was scared to order here because of mixed reviews and the strange building. That being said my experience here ended up being undistinguishable food wise from any other chick fil a experience. 10/10

THANK YOU!I did an online catering order and called the morning of that I was supposed to pick it up just to check in and make sure it was good to go because it was a huge order for a work event!They told me over the phone they didn't see my order and I was panicking! The manager Malia got on the phone and apologized but said she wanted to ensure we were taken care of. She took the whole order again over the phone and promised to get the order ready in time for us later that afternoon!They made it happen! They insisted on bringing the entire enormous order to and in my car! They were so polite and even gave us a goodie bag of items and a HANDWRITTEN CARD thanking us for ordering and provided us with a free tray with our already big order!100% amazing customer service and I cant recommend them enough! So impressed and a job well done!THANK YOU!

Ordered a medium shake and they gave me the smallest kid size cup, ordered 12 nuggets and they gave me 10. Pretty frustrating when everything here is already overpriced, I’d at least expect the right amount of food.
