Kfc - Progress

I was in line at the drive-thru asking for the $4.99 deal. A young lady told me I can only order it online. I downloaded the app and placed my order. I went back in line at the drive-thru. Then she told me I have to come inside. I'm in a rush but I said ok that's fine. Upon entering, they served like 5 customers at the drive-thru ahead of me. Then when they finally handed me the order, they got it wrong. They gave me fries instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy that I asked for. Worst experience ever! KFC just lost a customer for life!

Went today worst KFC ever kitchen door was open talking about the customers and kids , went back up to get a refill wanted to charge me $9 floors dirty as all hell I recommend firing everybody !! They were dropping the N word in the kitchen loud music and the food was nasty I’ve been using the bathroom every 15-20 mins

Arrived at 1:30pm, first I was told that they didn't have change, also that it will take 30min wait for chicken......worst experience ever and I keep giving them chances......I'm done with this location, last time I came, to this same location the chicken wasn't even done...it needs new management, or just close it.

MY HUSBAND BROUGHT LUNCH FROM HERE... UNFORTUNATELY,THE MEAT WAS GREY, SLIMY ..IT LEFT A TERRIBLE TASTE
