Four times in a row the dark roast coffee has been like used dishwater the past month. Try telling them and they are uninterested in fixing the problem. I won't go back to this Tim Horton's till the management starts doing their job.
Today I ordered on my app, 2 medium Ice Caps, and i asked one of my friends with me if they dont mind waiting for our icecaps while i just check out Garage, i come back 10 min after and he doesnt have the ice caps, and he says there has been one and other ones but not the right sizes. So i go up and say i have a mobile order, no apologies or anything, i show her my order and that i ordered it at 11:47, and that current time was 11:57. Only thing that happens is she says oh she will make it now . I get it, lunch rush is very busy, but i work at tim hortons too and that is unacceptable. What order comes in first is made first. No exceptions, and when you do what they did, you apologize and hand out a coffee promise, then make their order, that is the tim hortons procedure for that.
Service is okay, the coffee quality seems to have gone down in recent years. I get the same thing every time yet it tastes wrong often.
They always get my order wrong I always get a steeped tea with 2 sugar 1.5 cream and I always get a coffee instead or like 1 cream in my tea. They do have fast service though.
