Nando's - Preston

I visited the restaurant today and had to wait 15 minutes for a table, which was fine as we were informed about it at the door. However, waiting 45 minutes for our two main dishes was not acceptable. If we had known there would be a delay in getting our food, we would have gone to KFC instead since we were in a hurry to be somewhere. Many other tables were also inquiring about the wait time for their food. It appeared that there was no manager or leader on duty to take control, and the staff looked unhappy.

When ordering, I requested a fizzy mineral water, but was told it was sold out. I then asked for a still mineral water, only to be told that was also sold out. This was disappointing, especially since we were the first customers of the day. Venturing to the bathroom, I discovered someone had urinated all over the toilet seat, indicating it had not been cleaned properly. The food arrived quickly, within five minutes, suggesting it was not freshly made. I had requested no mayo with my order, but it appeared as though it had been scraped off. When I asked a staff member if there was mayo present, he rudely denied it, then proceeded to mock me with another colleague. Overall, the experience was subpar, with dry, overcooked chicken, small portions, and poor customer service. I am sure there are better dining options in Preston.

The entire team provided fantastic service. They truly understood our needs and all our food arrived at the same time. We were also able to choose our preferred seats.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Had a sunset burger, I have to say it was probably the best burger I have ever tasted. I will most definitely be going again

The manager was absolutely amazing and lovely!! So so attentive, forgot his name but Asian manager, was so busy but he handled it well and our food came so quickly!! Was suprised , service was top tier, absolutely amazing and unreal food as always. 10/10!! Cant complain, shoutout to the amazing Asian manager at deepdale branch!!
