Restaurant bewertenAfter a long bike tour uphill, we rest here, packed a beer and relaxed. the radauteana suppe and papanasi are really good.
I had a very relaxing time at Cabana (Chalet) Susai. I arrived in the morning in Predeal by train. It took me 3/4 of an hour to get from the railway station to the outskirts of the town from where there was a mountain trail...to Susai Chalet. It takes 1 hour to get to the chalet on this trail, which is a very beautiful and easy one. The surroundings are very nice and the complex is quite big. From what I understood this year will be a big opening and there will be a spa centre and new rooms for tourists. I ordered a Romanian pork traditional dish (Pomana Porcului) which came in 30 min. and was very tasteful. Considering that this chalet is in the middle of the forest the prices are very small. I had 2 beers and this dish for only 10 euro (including the tip). After staying 1 hour there I turned back.
There is a small restaurant with no so many optinions to chose from. The prices are pretty high(a frappe-15 ron, a beer-5 ron, french fries -9 ron) . You can't sleep here, there are no rooms,so you can't spend the night in here. There was a complex...but it's closed. The toilets are clean, the air is fresh. The best part of it is the view, which is gorgeous. It's a quiet place .there is a small place for little kids to play. It is a 1 h and a half way from Predeal which can be made either by foot or by car or bike.
Excellent Romanian dishes in this restaurant, great place to rest on a series of due to which cut themselves here. Too bad the old Susai cabin is no longer open for overnight stays. illegal logbook has the forest on the northern way to piatra mare of...here, really a sad view in this once picturesque location.
Excellent Romanian dishes at this restaurant, great place to rest on a number of trails that intersect here. A shame the old Susai cabin is no longer open for overnight stays. Illegal logging has devasted the forest on the northern trail to Piatra Mare from...here, truly a sad sight in this once picturesque location.
