Thank god they kept the Unsweetened Raspberry Ice Tea! Love it! Drive thru runs smoothly and very friendly people compared to the one close by to our house in Elizabethville. They are always out of different drinks and you can't get the Unsweetened Raspberry Tea! Thankyou Pottsville Dunkin!

Parking at this restaurant has always been convenient, with ample space available on flat ground. In terms of kid-friendliness, while there are no specific signs indicating children are welcome, there are plenty of menu options catering to young diners. As for wheelchair accessibility, the parking lot and entrance are both flat and easy to navigate. However, the doors do not open automatically, which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues or who are carrying items.

The majority of the staff at this restaurant are fantastic. However, there is a shift leader named Kaylee who could use some improvement on her leadership skills. She should learn to communicate with her staff in a more respectful manner, instead of yelling at them from a distance. A good leader should not make derogatory comments about their employees' physical appearance or personal characteristics, such as their laugh or manner of speaking. It appears that the evening shift at this restaurant may have a somewhat hostile work environment.

The donuts and coffee were delicious, the interior was clean and modern, the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

I visit this restaurant every morning at 5:00 for coffee and glazed donut holes. The early morning staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and focused on satisfying the customer. A special shoutout to Abbie Kukta for her exceptional service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is delightful. It's rare to receive such great customer service nowadays, so please be sure to acknowledge these wonderful young ladies. Thank you.
