Dunkin' - Pottsville

I went here an evening with my friend to relax and drink a drink. now we went into order and the employee said we had to use the kiosk to order from. now, it turned into an abyss when the half of our order was wrongly prepared! I said to the hired, what if 10 people wait here? this place would have been really supported! instead of just taking one person our order as usual, it would have gone much smoother!

I love dunkin, best place to get a coffee, I'm giving a 4 star cause I wasn't able to just walk in and order, they make you use a machine to place your order, very hard to use, I asked for help and still didn't get my order right, I wanted a hot mocha latte and it just was not the same as I always get, because of this machine, I will probably not visit inside no more : too confusing.

I love Dunkin donut french vanilla iced coffee!! Their breakfast sandwiches are also a nice treat!!

I've always had nice experiences with the staff here but today Paige and Brenda out did themselves!! They were both extremely sweet and on point!! They made my good day go even better!!! Happy holidays girls!!
